Often in Nepal, the fourth son born in a Buddhist family is given to the priests to be brought up in the temples and monestaries. He is
taught all his life and becomes a priest himself.
In Nepal, many of the Christians are still being persecuted for their faith. Imprisonment, torture, beatings, rape, and rejection
are things that they have to continually live with. But, they stand strong in their faith.
Being able to go and encourage them brings them much joy and hope, knowing God has his hand on them. The joy of the Lord is really portrayed in their faces.
We went to one small village that took 6 hours to hike to. One lady that we had met there was born and raised in the village. When whe was in the
city one day, she found a tract on the road and began to read it. Through this God revealed himself to her and she gave her life to the Lord.
She was later kicked out of her home and not allowed to return and live there anymore. For ten years she was praying for an opportunity to go back and preach the Gospel. Trough a divine appointment with us, God led us to her home village.

While we were there we asked permission to do some dramas and sing some somgs at the school.
After each drama, I was able eo explain and share what Christ had done on the cross for them. When we were done with our performance, God
started to move and one by one we started praying for healings and miracles started to happen.
I asked them to then bring their parents because we wanted to talk with them also. That night we saw many more people healed and saved. The next day
even more people kept on coming to meet with a loving God who wants to have a relationship with them.

Now there is a church there that keeps on growing and growing.
Praise the Lord.
