My role has changed a little since June.

I'm still working with the DTS, but I'm now the school leader as well. I'm responsible for the DTS staff and the students.

We started staff training on the 13th of November, a little earlier this year because many go home for Christmas.

(My sister Zoe will be visiting me for Christmas. I'm STOKED!)

I'm also busy booking speakers, setting up a schedule, leading a growth group and meeting with my staff. They're all first timers, so I'm looking forward to showing them the ropes as they get ready for the school.

We are already full and have a long waiting list of people to come just in case some drop out.
